We will now be supporting Ronald McDonalds house in the Heath hospital Cardiff. It’s a fantastic place that caters for families who have a seriously ill child at the hospital.
With 30 rooms on-suite, many facilities , energetic staff we knew that we needed to be supporting this fantastic complex
Just eat vouchers for families, essential supplies, books, clothing , toys, clinical support and Air purifiers ⚡️💛
My sister and I was really impressed with Tikisha and Tina energy and plans, we all have to work together so that families get the support while under so much pressure looking after their ill child on the ward.
Thank you all who support us and make possible all that we are doing 💛

It’s this kind of action that keeps children and families with essential support they need, we must not rely on the government we must take action and become a community that makes this support happen.
Well done all at South Wales Police for always being in the fight and always going a little further for those who can’t ⚔️💛

The Fan Dance raised over £7000, we are so grateful to all our sponsors, generous donations and the amazing athletes that all contributed to this success.

Sometimes you have to go past breaking point to truly understand who you truly are. On Sunday you had over 30 powerhouses doing just that, and when that call came that this maybe beyond them the visualised who they where representing and who we as a team where battling for that pushed them over their limits and to complete the mission.
Always in the fight, always a little further for those who can’t
